 Homeowner Dues: Annual dues in the amount of $450.00 are due and payable on the 1st of January.  Checks should be made payable to Jamesford Meadows HOA. Invoices with a detachable coupon are provided for your convenience prior to the due date.

 Insurance Coverage: The Association is a single family community. The Association owns and maintains insurance on the common areas ONLY. In addition to the property coverage on any structures, the Association also maintains liability and D&O coverage.

Action Requests: Please note that all maintenance requests MUST be submitted to our office in writing. Forms can be submitted on line (to the right) or printed and mailed to our office. For emergencies please contact our office at 288-4944.

Architectural Control: Any changes or modifications to the exterior of your home must receive prior approval from the AssociationClick on the button to the right for the necessary form and information. Please allow 30 days for the approval process.

Clubhouse Rental: For information regarding the clubhouse and rental, please contact Mary Ellen Hammer at mhammer9@aol.com .

Trash Collection: Trash and recycling is picked up by the City of High Point on Thursday of each week.

Jamesford Meadows has established nearly all of its communications between Homeowners and Board through emails and our website. Accordingly, you are urged and welcomed to sign up in order to see information blasts from our Board pertinent to us all as well as receive our periodic newsletter and gain access to important homeowner documents and forms.

The best way is to go to our password protected website: http://www.jamesfordmeadows.hoaspace.com

Click on  "Register" on the upper left corner of the home page.

After you register, you will receive a confirmation and are invited to use that site for any messages and suggestions you might want to send to our Board.

If you prefer to not register at this time, an alternative way for you to just receive our communications is to send your email address to Lambeth Management at Michele.Grimm@LambethManagement.com or by submitting the "Directory Form" on the right and you will be added to a Google Group address list.
